CJ LOVE Charlie LiVolsi- Rhythm guitar-Acoustic Guitar-Backup vocals…aka..CJ Love
My stage name came from playing many coffee houses at the Jersey Shore with a very fine vocalist….Annie Lovin and the name just stuck…. Annie and C J L O V E . I have been playing on and off, from 1970 to 1990. Took a long break from the road almost 14 years...and started up again to form an Original project in the summer of 2004 wrote a bunch of songs and we were called the Slytheryn Crew….Then I met up with an old friend from NYC wrote another bunch of Hard Rock songs and played the New York City Indie clubs for a couple of years. Siberia, Bar East, The Underscore, Pussycat Lounge, Dirty Desmonds, Otto’s Shrunken Head, Crossroads, Finnigans, and The Blue Room . . . to name a few…
WOW a real Cattle call….It was fun……
As the band continued to grow we all went in different directions. That’s when
Kevin Werbel and I branched off and put together a classic rock cover band…
The Living Proof Band…
As the band grew, we have had many different players. They have come and go, from time to time but we kept looking for the best players to put together and complete the sound we were looking for.
As we searched for the perfect fit of players and personalities to make up the band ….We went into another direction ….AND NOW we have found a fine group of musical talent and have found the sound we were looking for.
We have a good blend of musicians and vocalist, with many musical styles, interests, passions and abilities.
My main Influences are the Beatles, and most of the British invasion bands…
I love Rock, Rhythm, Blues, Orchestral Symphony’s, Classical and Acoustic music, Techno, Pop and a little country….
I like to emulate singer song writers like … Bob Dylan, America, Dan Fogelburg Clapton, Dave Mathews, Eagles, ELP, Fountains of Wayne. Bon Jovi.
